You know about C5 (if don’t follow this link here) and how we feel that everyone is an athlete.  We want you to be able to strive in our world that we live in. Athletically or just for life. As you know the world is unpredictable, which is why we train with functional movements. Everything that you do in the box transfers over to everything you do in the real world. Most of the movements we train are explosive which will transfer to any sport you play.  CrossFit is a great tool and we all know from personal experience, testimony from our box and the other million CrossFit members around the world they have all seen results with this change in eating habits.

While we train you for life, we also want you to give yourself the proper fuel you need to burn and strive in this crazy world. Think of your body like a plant. You need to properly feed and water yourself in order to be health and grow. The CrossFit HQ dietary prescription is as follows:

“In plain language, base your diet on garden vegetables, especially greens, lean meats, nuts and seeds, little starch, and no sugar. That’s about as simple as we can get”

This simple plan right here is magic. It will give you the proper amount of the three macronutrients that are essential for life.
